Job Description

The ideal Software User Support Specialist candidate should have experience working with ServiceNow, and a proven ability to collaborate with others and resolve user issues.   • Answer and manage user inquiries re: computer software operation;

  • Collaborate with others to resolve user issues;

  • Create and correct existing software solutions


  • Bachelors of Science in Information Systems;

  • ServiceNow certified;

  • At least 2 years of ServiceNow experience;
